Peichin Lee founded CGM Development in 1996 and continues to serve as its leader. She has overseen the construction, marketing, leasing and sale of over one million square feet of commercial space. In addition, she has supervised the development of a 14-acre mixed-used project located in Chino, California, which included a 64,000 square foot medical office building, 50,000 square foot retail center and 107-unit senior condominium complex. Ms. Lee received a master's in Business Administration from the California State University, Fullerton and a bachelor's degree from National Chengchi University (Taiwan) in Economics. She was a recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2012 from the San Gabriel Valley Chamber of Commerce and has actively served her surrounding community, acting as a member of the Citizens Bond Oversight Committee for the Walnut Valley Unified School District and a board member for the Arts Foundation at Hacienda La Puente Unified School District. Ms. Lee holds a California Real Estate Broker License and California General Contractor License.
